Undercover Police Arresting Smokers at Bus Stops in Austin Texas

No Smoking at Bus Stops is now being enforced in Austin Texas.   Plain clothes police officers are writing tickets and arresting unsuspecting bus waiting smokers.

Allegedly the undercover police are offering cigarettes to the people at the stops.   So be warned your friend who is offering a smoke is setting you up.
