BRACKENRIDGE HALL DORMITORY, 207 East 21st Street
Possession of a Dangerous Drug / Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: A UT member discovered a male subject hanging out of a second floor window holding onto a bottle of alcohol, waving at a cloud. The member entered onto the second floor and detected a strong odor of ganja and notified the man. The man verified the same odor in the hallway. The man knocked on the door and heard the occupants bogarting. Once they opened the door, the lame student informed the man they had been sleeping big time. The man detected a stronger odor of burned mary jane inside the hole/dormitory room. The man noticed a large water pipe sitting on the floor next to a bed along with two metal grinders sitting on a desk, a little wake and bake gear. The setup was confiscated when the man discovered burned reefer residue inside the bowl and a green leafy substance inside the grinders not parsely. During a search of the hole, the man discovered a Smoke Buddy buddy, a broken pipe( it happens) containing the green residue, the MJ in several locations, two additional water pipes, two tight vac containers, and 1 Amphetamine Salt pill. The weekend was ruined. One subject was taken into custody for Possession of a Dangerous Drug / Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and transported to Central Booking. Occurred on: 5-06-12, at 4:24 AM.

UT student cheesecake and a sandwich theft.
JESTER WEST DORMITORY, 201 East 21st Street
Theft: A University of Texas staff observed a University of Texas student grab a 22-oz drink, cheesecake and a sandwich. The student sat down and began eating without paying. The student was taken into custody for Theft and was transported to Central Booking. During a search of the student incidental to his arrest, the officer noted the student had enough money in his wallet to have paid for the meal. Loss value: $7.00. Occurred on: 4-17-12, at 5:40 PM.
