Jeffrey Sines Took about 1/2 hour on google maps. Where would an out of town artist want to visit while in Detroit? The Packard Plant. The building in the upper left of the image is another clue - corner of Concord and Lambert. The mural is about 50 feet inside, it's a signed image of Ronnie, who watched it all happen while collecting cans. He said they were filming it. Ask Ronnie, he'll verify. (I suspect he has the money but he wouldn't admit it.)

Detroiter's while your out there looking, pick a bag up and fill it up with garbage, be sure to throw it IN a dumpster. Cleaning up Detroit one bag at a time gives hope to our neighborhoods also. But without more clues, I must say David "It would be better to not give than to give and not allow it to be received". → Hope's wasted.
