sexual assault near Ben White Boulevard

FROM THE AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT: APD Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted for Sexually Assaulting a woman in the 3900 block of Clawson Road (near Ben White Blvd.) on August 29, 2012 in the mid-afternoon hours.

The female was walking in the 3900 block of Clawson Road when the suspect grabbed her and pulled her onto private property. The suspect sexually assaulted the victim and left the scene on foot.
The suspect is described as:
Black/Male Estimated to be in his 30’s 5’10” to 5’11”- Thin build about 160 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a yellow Hawaiian style shirt, unbuttoned with a white tank top and brown short pants. He wore a type of skullcap with a baseball cap over it, large lensed sunglasses and brown and white loafer style shoes.
