On the Way To The Fiji House, Busted For Cocaine, the candy

A University of  Texas Police Officer observed a UT student stumbling while staggering hunched over. Student informed the officers he was trying to make his way back to the Fiji House, not sure of the hunched over part.  The officers detected odor of alcohol on the student and noticed the student was walking west instead of north towards the Fiji  location. The student admitted he had been  his drink on, but could not remember how much he had downed big time. The student was taken in for Public Intoxication. During a search a clear plastic baggie containing a white powdery substance fell out of his front pocket. Officers recognized the substance to be cocaine. The student told the officers, he was holding the cocaine, the candy, for a friend. The student was transported to Central Booking and additional charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance were filed. Occurred on: 4-14-12, at 4:31 AM.
